Turning Point Students volunteer at UGA College Game Day

On Saturday, October 18th, members of the TPUSA chapter at the University of North Georgia had the privilege of volunteering with the national Turning Point USA organization during College GameDay at the University of Georgia.

While on campus, Turning Point students helped hand out the popular “Freedom” shirts, the same style worn by TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk. People passing by the TPUSA tent also had the opportunity to register to vote and sign up for news updates from Turning Point Action.

Volunteers spoke with students and community members about what Turning Point USA stands for and how they can get involved in promoting the American values the organization seeks to preserve. Turning Point USA was warmly received by many of those who stopped by or walked past the tent, and volunteers were grateful for the positive engagement throughout the day.

We, the members of the TPUSA at UNG chapter, were honored to assist Turning Point USA at College GameDay and look forward to volunteering again in the future!
